Here's two wagons from Dave Graffam's abandoned wagon set, the small hand cart is from his fletchers shop set. The first woman and the man are from CaesarSet H056 Partisans in Europe set , the man has had a head swop and a SMG removed from his back shoulder, the woman in the middle  is from Pegasus Set 7267 War Against Fascism set.
